Canceling or Changing an Order that Has Not Shipped
Verifying That Your Order Has Been Canceled or Changed

If You Ordered by Phone
Canceling or Changing an Order that Has Not Shipped
You can cancel or modify your order as long as the order has not been shipped. To cancel or modify an order:
- Click on Order Status at the bottom of the page. If you are not already signed in, you will be prompted to enter your email address and password.
—An Order History screen will be displayed listing your order(s), including those in process and those completed.
- Click on the Order Number to check the status of the order you wish to modify or cancel.
—A detailed list of all the items in your order will be displayed.
- If the order has not been processed for shipping then call 1-888-361-5900 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, and we'll adjust your order. If you are calling from outside the United States, dial +1-707-459-9998.
- When you are finished, click on Continue Shopping.
Verifying That Your Order Has Been Canceled or Changed
You can review your Order Status at any time, but be aware that changes you have made to your order may not be reflected for up to four hours, particularly during peak shopping periods.
If Your Order Has Already Been Shipped
If your order has entered our shipping process, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return the order within 30 days from the date of shipment, and we will provide the appropriate refund. For more information on returning merchandise to Natural Pigments, see our Refund and Returns Policies.
If You Ordered by Phone
If you placed your order by phone with a Customer Assistance representative, it will not appear on the Order Status page immediately. Please call 1-888-361-5900 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, and we'll adjust your order. If you are calling from outside the United States, dial +1-707-459-9998.
