How to Address a Military Order

³ Trackable at UPS.Com. Not available for shipments to post office boxes (use Airmail Parcel Post or Global Express Mail instead).

Customs, Import Duties and Local Delivery

On international orders, including Canada and Mexico, customs and import duties are applied once the shipment reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and will vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Natural Pigments and its shipping partners are not able to influence local delivery practices. The arrival times shown for International shipping indicate the amount of time it will take for your order to reach your recipient's local post office. The time it takes to get your order from the local post office to your recipient's address can vary widely from country to country. Delivery may be delayed by customs/import duties and local postal requirements.

About Our Shipping Service

Natural Pigments offers worldwide shipping and a variety of delivery options to suit every schedule and budget. The services available and the cost of shipping depend on:

• Where you are shipping your orders
• The total shipping weight of your order

Each item we sell has an "available to ship" time displayed next to it (for example, "Usually ships within 24 hours"). This figure tells you when the item is ready to leave our warehouse. The total time it will take to receive an item is determined by adding the "available to ship" time to the number of days your shipping method will take. We have done this calculation for you in the shipping tables on this page.

Shipping Charges

Unless your order qualifies for Free Shipping, there is a shipping charge for each order you place with Natural Pigments. The amount of this charge is determined by:

• The total shipping weight of your order
• The shipping service you have chosen (for example, UPS)
• The delivery option you have chosen (for example, UPS Select)

In addition, we may add a per-order and per-item charge, which will vary with each type of shipping service you select (for example, UPS or U.S. Postal Service), to your order. Per-order and per-item charges are in addition to the charges for shipping required by the shipper.

To estimate the total shipping charges for your order, once you have items in your Shopping Bag you can calculate the shipping charges by clicking on the option Shipping Estimator or View Rates during Checkout.

Shipping Items with Different "Available to Ship" Times

If you place an order that contains items with different "Available to Ship" times, you can choose from either of two shipping methods:

• Send everything together holds your order until all items are available to ship. This minimizes shipping costs, but it means that you will have to wait longer for your order. (Note that the Special Order items are always shipped separately.)
• Send items as they are available, which increases your shipping costs, but you'll receive your items as quickly as possible.

To select which method you want simply add a comment as noted above in bold type in the Special Instructions field during Checkout. If you do not provide us with instructions we typically ship your order when all items in the order are available.

Tax Information

In accordance with applicable state law, we are required to charge sales tax in states where Natural Pigments has operations. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order, including shipping and handling charges and gift-wrap fees (where applicable) and is based on the shipment's destination state and local sales tax rates.

For your planning and convenience, we display an estimated sales tax amount when orders are placed. The exact sales tax will be listed on your invoice (packing slip) and reflects all state and local taxes of your order destination at the time your order is shipped.

Natural Pigments currently collects sales tax in the state of California.

No sales tax is charged on the purchase of Gift Certificates. However, purchases paid for with Gift Certificates or other online currencies will be charged sales tax where required.
