How can I check on my orders? Can I track the package?
We offer online order status, a feature that let's you check on your past and pending orders. Just click on the "My Account" link at the top right of any page. This will take you to the My Account page, where you can click on "Order History" to view your past or pending orders. To get the details of your order, click on "Order Number." You'll be able to see which items have already shipped and which are in process. If your order was shipped by UPS, we'll even tell you the UPS tracking number.
If you placed your order by phone with a Customer Assistance representative, it will not appear in your regular account for about 24 hours, but you can still check its status. Please call 1-888-361-5900 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, and we'll answer your questions. If you are calling from outside the United States, dial +1-707-459-9998.
How do I return an item?
If purchased in the past 30 days, you can return your online purchases in their original condition to Natural Pigments for a refund of te product price. This applies to art materials, books, unopened CDs, videocassettes and software in their original condition.
If returning to Natural Pigments, please complete the return form enclosed with your order and ship the item and the form back to:

What are my shipping options?
We ship our products around the world, using a variety of shipping options and delivery methods. Learn more about our shipping options.
The total time it will take to receive an item is determined by adding the time shown in its shipping message to the number of days your chosen shipping method will take. For example, if the item you want to order says, "Usually ships within 24 hours" and you choose "Standard Delivery (3-8 business days)," you can expect to receive the item 4-9 business days after the day you ordered it.
How can I cancel or modify an order?
You can cancel or modify your order as long as the order has not been shipped. To cancel or modify an order:
- Click on Order Status at the bottom of the page. If you are not already signed in, you will be prompted to enter your email address and password.
—An Order History screen will be displayed listing your order(s), including those in process and those completed.
- Click on the Order Number to check the status of the order you wish to modify or cancel.
—A detailed list of all the items in your order will be displayed.
- If the order has not been processed for shipping then call 1-888-361-5900 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, and we'll adjust your order. If you are calling from outside the United States, dial +1-707-459-9998.
- When you are finished, click on Continue Shopping.
Verifying That Your Order Has Been Canceled or Changed
You can review your Order Status at any time, but be aware that changes you have made to your order may not be reflected for up to four hours, particularly during peak shopping periods.
If Your Order Has Already Been Shipped
If your order has entered our shipping process, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return the order within 30 days from the date of shipment, and we will provide the appropriate refund. For more information on returning merchandise to Natural Pigments, see our Refund and Returns Policies.
