Natural Pigments accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. While placing your order, select Credit Card as the method of payment, and you will be prompted to enter your credit card number, expiration date and your name as it appears on the credit card. All charges to your credit card will appear under the name of Natural Pigments on your credit card statement.
Pay by Paypal
Natural Pigments also accepts payment through the third-party payment service PayPal. Simply select PayPal as the method of payment during checkout and follow the instructions on the subsequent pages.
Pay by Gift Certificate or Store Credit
If you have a Natural Pigments Gift Certificate or Store Credit, you can use it for payment by following these steps:
- Complete your shopping and go to checkout your shopping bag.
- Enter your Gift Certificate or Store Credit number into the space provided on the Payment page.
- If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Certificate or Store Credit, you will be prompted to provide a credit card for payment of the balance. Any unused portion of the Gift Certificate or Store Credit can be used during your next purchase.
Pay by Phone
You may pay by phone for all orders. Simply select Phone/Fax as the method of payment during Checkout and follow the instructions on the subsequent pages. Please wait until you've received the confirmation email stating that your order has been received. If we do not receive payment information within three days of receiving your order, it will be automatically cancelled from our system, so be sure and call with your payment information. Simply have your credit card information ready and call 1-888-361-5900, Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Customers outside the U.S., please call +1-707-459-9998.
Pay by Fax
You may pay by fax for all orders. Simply select Phone/Fax as the method of payment during Checkout and follow the instructions on the subsequent pages. Please wait until you've received the confirmation email stating that your order has been received. If we do not receive payment information within three days of receiving your order, it will be automatically cancelled from our system, so be sure and fax your payment information. Fax us your credit card information to 1-408-516-9442, Attention: Orders. Please include the following information:
- Your name
- Your billing address (where you receive your credit card statement)
- Your shipping address (if different from your billing address)
- Order number
- Credit card type (American Express, MasterCard or Visa)
- Credit card number
- Expiration date
- Your name as it appears on the credit card
Overpayments
Overpayments of $10.00 or less will be credited to your next order, unless otherwise specified. Amounts of $10.00 or more will be refunded by check.
