Click on the "My Account" link at the top right of the page to check the status of an order; you'll be taken to our sign-in page, which is designed to protect your security. Enter your email address and password here.

Please note: An order placed by phone will not be displayed right away on the Order Status page of your account. To check its status, please call 1-888-361-5900 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. If you are calling from outside the United States, dial +1-707-459-9998.

Once you have signed in, click on the "Order History" link and you will see a list of all orders that you have placed over the last 18 months. Each order listing shows:

• Order Number
• Order Date
• Items Orders
• Total Cost

To learn more about the status of a particular order, please click on the "Order Number" link. This will display additional information, including:

• Items Ordered
• Billing Address
• Shipping Address
• Shipping Status
• Tracking Information
• Payment Information
