What is a Wish List?
At Natural Pigments, a Wish List is a private, secure place where you can save items for future purchase. This saves time, so you don't have to search for them again later.
How do I add products to my Wish List?
There are two ways to add products to your Wish List. On most product pages, beneath the Buy This Item Now button, there is a link that says Add to Wish List. Clicking this will add the item to your Wish List. The second way to add a product to your Wish List is from the Shopping Bag. On the Shopping Bag page, click the Wish List [+] button next to the item. If this button does not appear, it means that the item cannot be moved to the Wish List.
How do I view my Wish List?
Just click the link in the upper right corner, "Shopping Bag," and on the Shopping Bag page, click View Wish List. You may be prompted to sign in, and then a summary of your items will be displayed. From here, you may add any Wish List item to your Shopping Bag or delete any item from your Wish List.
Can other people see my Wish List?
No, your Wish List is private. The only way someone can see your Wish List is if they are using your computer or are logged in to the site under your account.
Can I view my Wish List from multiple computers?
If you are logged in to your account when you create your Wish List, the Wish List will be attached to your account and will be available anytime you log in to your account (wherever you happen to be). If you don't have an account, your Wish List can only be viewed from the computer on which it was created.
I don't have an account; can I still use the Wish List?
Yes. You can use the Wish List even if you don't have an account. However, the Wish List will be available only on the computer you used to create it, and anyone else using the same computer will be able to see it. We recommend creating an account to protect your privacy.
When I move an item from the Wish List into my Shopping Bag, it doesn't get deleted from the Wish List. Why?
If you move an item from the Wish List to the Shopping Bag, it will only be removed from the Wish List once the item has been purchased. If you wish to remove an item from the Wish List without buying it, simply select Remove [-] on the Wish List page.
My Wish List disappeared. Where is it?
Your Wish List is only visible when you are signed in to your account. To see it, sign in. If you were not signed in to your account when you created the Wish List or you do not have an account, then your Wish List will only be visible at the computer on which it was created.
How many items can I add to my Wish List?
You can add any number of items to your Wish List.
Does the Wish List lock in the price of an item? What about availability?
No. The Wish List is like a grocery list. It serves only to remind you of things that you wanted to buy. The price and availability of each item are subject to change.
Can I store multiple quantities of the same item in the Wish List?
Yes. You save multiple quantities of any item to your Wish List. When you're ready to buy simply move them to your Shopping Bag by clicking on the Add [+] button.
Are there any items that cannot be added to the Wish List?
No. You can add any item in the store to your Wish List.
